Kathy is a great landlord. Having experienced a pretty wide range of approaches to apartment and house renting over the past few years, I have to say that her approach to real estate is one of the best I’ve encountered. She really cares about her renters and has built her business by making sure that everyone’s needs are met quickly and in full. I think is pretty unique, because as a landlord it is possible to get away with much, much less and still have it be “ok”. Anyone able to rent a house or apartment from Kathy should consider themselves lucky.

Absolutely amazing landlord. When we first met Kathy (which was before last year— we could have moved but chose to stay largely because of our great landlords), she was showing us our “potential” house. I say “potential” because the place was an absolute disaster, a dump where no one would want to live. But Kathy had a vision, and we took a chance on her and held our breath to see if she would come through on all her promises. In short, they exceeded all of my expectations. The house was better that I could have imagined, and it was (and still is) obvious that she put a great deal of herself in her work, and take great pride in providing wonderful homes for their tenants. One simply could not ask for a better landlord
