Getting to campus

Walk or Bike - The U of R is an easy walk or bike from the 19th Ward via the pedestrian bridge located near the corner of Genesee St and Brooks Avenue.  The average walking time from our properties to the U of R campus is 10 minutes or less.

Drive - Driving from our properties to the U of R campus takes five minutes or less.  Driving to RIT is about 5 miles away from the 19th Ward and will take approximately 10 minutes to commute.

Take the Shuttle - The Gold Line Shuttle offers easy access from all of our properties to the U of R campus during most hours of the day.   Please refer to the map below for details.
