Q: Where are your houses located?
A: All of our houses are on both sides of the river, centrally located near the U of R campus.

Q: How close to the U of R campus are your houses?
A: All of our houses are within easy walking distance to the U of R campus and Med Center.

Q: Can I take the bus to the UR campus?
A: Yes. The 19th Ward / Riverview shuttle line runs though the 19th Ward and stops close to all of our properties. 

Q: How far is it to RIT?
A: RIT is about a 5 mile drive, run or bike ride from the 19th Ward.

Q: How much money am I saving by living off campus?
A: Quite a bit! On-campus housing is much more expensive and you are obligated to enroll in a meal plan with the university. You could easily save hundreds of dollars per month by living off campus.

Q: Are utilities included in the rent?
A: It varies from house to house but typically you are responsible for paying the gas and electric bill as well as for internet.

Q: Do your houses come furnished?
A: Yes, all of our houses come fully furnished.

Q: Can I have pets?
A: Pets are allowed with landlords prior consent.

Q: Are there laundry machines?
A: Yes, free on-site laundry facilities are provided at every house.
